In accordance with the provisions of regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data , we inform you that the personal data provided through the form, as well as your email address, are part of a database that is treated by ITRAM HIGIENE S. L. with domicile in Figueres Street N º 16 Vic (08500 Barcelona) and provided by CIF N º B63981781, in order to inform you about the services and products related to the industrial hygiene that manufactures and commercializes the company.
You are informed that you will be able, at any time, to oppose these types of shipments, by sending an email to the address administracion@itramhigiene.com and requesting the lowering of your contact in the database that has the responsible for the treatment.
You are also informed that you will be able to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and, where appropriate, portability and limitation, as well as the right to oblivion, by sending a letter to the address of the person responsible for the treatment in the direction of the street. ITRAM HIGIENE S.L. is specially sensitized in the protection of the data of the users and of its services to those that access through the Web site.
In compliance with the aforementioned data protection regulations, ITRAM HIGIENE S.L. informs users of the treatment and uses to which the personal data collected through the Web forms are submitted, with the purpose that you decide, free and on a voluntary way, if you want to provide the information requested. Accordingly, in compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and through this document, ITRAM HIGIENE S.L. informs:
1. Ownership of the treatment:

Specifically, the data collected through the Web forms are included in the treatment of users of the web to which this privacy policy will apply.

3. Security measures:
ITRAM HIGIENE S.L. has adopted the security measures legally required to protect the personal data, installing all the means and technical measures at its disposal to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of them.
4. Exercise of rights:
The interested owners of the data contained in the treatment, as well as the data holders contained in any of the treatments owned by ITRAM HIGIENE S.L., may contact the person in charge of the treatment, in order to be able to exercise their Rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability, limitation and last deletion and forgetfulness regarding the data incorporated in the treatment.
These rights may only be exercised by the person concerned or by his or her legal representative (upon accreditation of this circumstance).
A.-The right of access.
